Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kirklees, England. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
