You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
