Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile setter in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma. The job is in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
