On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 5+ years on the tools preferred.
