Vertical milling machine operator • Comanche County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Comanche County, Oklahoma. Day to day you will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
