The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
