Sheet metal press operator — Scott County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Scott County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Day to day you will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
