Kitchen cook — Rice County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Rice County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
