Immediate opening: toolroom milling operator (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Saint Clair County, Illinois. You will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
