Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Grant County, Minnesota. The job is at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred.
