Vacancy available: we are hiring a site carpenter in Meigs County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet Requirements: • Own basic hand tools • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Six days a week, one day off.
