Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile mason in Ford County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy tiling site. Day to day you will fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away. Ideal candidate: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
