Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Clay County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Rotating shifts.
