Coating plant operator • Maverick County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Maverick County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
