Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Garland County, Arkansas. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day to day you will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
