Membrane applicator — Middlesex County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The job is at a busy building site. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On the job you will handle: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings 3+ years on the tools preferred. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
