We are recruiting: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Muscatine County, Iowa. The job is on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold 4+ years on the tools preferred.
