Pipe tig welder — Falls County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Falls County, Texas. The job is on an industrial construction site. Ideal candidate: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day to day you will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
