Finishing plasterer — Callahan County

Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Callahan County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Your main tasks: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
