Escalator technician — Abi

We are recruiting: we are hiring an escalator technician in Abi, Cross River State. The role involves: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work ₦300,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
