We are recruiting: elevator service technician (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Beaufort County, North Carolina. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
