Meat cutter — Amuwo Odofin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
