Vacancy available: bricklayer (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Wilson County, Kansas. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. Ideal candidate: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage The role involves forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
