Now hiring: we are hiring a counter butcher in Randolph County, Missouri. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
