Elevator technician — Adair County

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator technician in Adair County, Kentucky. Day to day you will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $220 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
