We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Bannock County, Idaho. The role involves: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 2+ years on the tools preferred.
