Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours.
