Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in O'Brien County, Iowa. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
