Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Paulding County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy lift company. On the job you will handle: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Valid driving licence for site call-outs At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
