Skimming plasterer — Shiawassee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Shiawassee County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets What we are looking for: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
