Tracked excavator operator — Carson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Carson County, Texas. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. The role involves carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Part-time with flexible hours.
