Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Grant County, Kentucky. You will be based at an auto components factory. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges The role involves carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways.
