Digger driver — Fillmore County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a digger driver in Fillmore County, Minnesota. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones The role involves: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds 3+ years on the tools preferred.
