Pot washer — Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Monroe County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
