Fast-fit technician — Cullman County

Join our team: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Cullman County, Alabama. You will be based in a tyre and puncture shop. The role involves repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres. Ideal candidate: • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
