Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lawrence County, Missouri. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
