Head baker • Ravalli County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Ravalli County, Montana. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
