Presser — Gibson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a presser in Gibson County, Indiana. The job is in a busy laundry. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work You will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
