Immediate opening: baker (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
