Bulldozer operator wanted in Northampton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Northampton County, Virginia. You will work in an open-cast mine. Day-to-day duties: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services 4+ years on the tools preferred.
