Steward — Dala

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Dala, Kano State. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Meals and transport allowance provided.
