Digger driver wanted in Nome Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a digger driver in Nome Census Area, Alaska. You will work on a housing development site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control On a typical shift you will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble.
