Now hiring: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Cheshire East, England. The job is on a production line. The role involves: • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Part-time with flexible hours.
