Bread baker — Lewis County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Lewis County, Washington. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
