Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
