Coating plant operator — Taylor County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Taylor County, Iowa. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
