What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Part-time with flexible hours.
