What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
