Kitchen cook — Maiyama

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Maiyama, Kebbi State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
