Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Six days a week, one day off.
